We have taken engagement surveys to a new level through our experience surveys and follow up focus group discussions.
The surveys set out to understand each individuals experience from recruitment through to onboarding, induction, probation and every 6 months thereafter to assess ongoing commitment to their role and the organisation. Follow up discussions facilitate identifying appropriate intervention strategies to address emerging concerns.
